ADULTS WORKSHOPS 

 

At The Art Shed we offer 2 adult workshops each month beginning in January 2015. Both workshops are suitable for the very beginner as there are no rules and no mistakes. The workshops will be held on the 2nd and the 4th Saturday of the month in the afternoons from 2:30 till 4:30pm.

 

Creative Play- The 2nd saturday of the month's workshop is all about having fun and de-stressing, getting in touch with your inner child and getting messy in a creative way. Some of the activities we'll be playing with include fun and care-free painting, collage, mandalas, crayon art, dreamcatchers and art journalling to name a few.

 

Textile and Mixed Media- The 4th Saturday of the month's workshop is for learning textile and mixed media techniques. These include weaving and basketry, book binding, rusting and dyeing fabrics and paper as well as paper making and upcycled jewellery with much more to be disovered.

Saturday 14th Feb- 9-11am

Are we dancing or are we painting well were doing both. Feeling the rythm of music flow through your body onto the paper. Stomping it out getting in touch with your feet, leave your cares behind and get into the groove.

Bring your bathers for a refreshing dip in the pool after the workshop.
